External Identifiers

Navigate to Settings > External Identifiers

The External page manages External Identifiers — integrations that link the platform to third-party systems such as CRMs or external databases.

Each external identifier displays the following columns:

Column	Description
Name	The name of the external system (e.g. Zoho CRM)
Description	A brief label describing the type of record being linked (e.g. Zoho Customer)
Key	A unique identifier key used to reference this integration
URL Template	A URL pattern used to link directly to the corresponding record in the external system. Supports dynamic merge tags such as which are replaced with the actual record ID at runtime
Archived	Indicates whether the identifier is active or has been archived

Click the ⋯ menu on any row to access the following options:

Action	Description
Edit	Opens the identifier to modify its settings
Archive	Deactivates the identifier and marks it as archived
