Functionality

Navigate to Settings > Functionality

The Functionality page defines which features and capabilities are enabled for an organization. Each function can be toggled or configured individually using the ⋯ menu on each row.

Create Bulk Assessments	Allows users to create multiple assessments at once
Edit Assessments	Allows users to edit existing assessments
Create Assessment Types	Allows users to create new assessment type definitions
Edit Assessment Types	Allows users to edit existing assessment type definitions
Create Report Templates	Allows users to create new report templates
Edit Report Templates	Allows users to edit existing report templates
Create Email Templates	Allows users to create new email templates
Edit Email Templates	Allows users to edit existing email templates
Programs	Enables access to the Programs feature
API Access	Enables API access for the organization
App API Access	Enables mobile app API access
AI Assessments	Enables AI-assisted assessment functionality
Use Calendar	Enables the scheduling calendar feature
Purchase Obliques	Allows the organization to purchase oblique imagery
Requested Assessments	Enables the ability to receive and manage assessment requests
Qualified Jobs	Enables qualified job functionality
Scheduling	Enables job scheduling features
Observation Geometry	Enables geometry tools for observations
Remote Only	Restricts the organization to remote assessments only
Custom Layers	Enables the use of custom map layers
Global Assessment Type Coding	The number of global assessment type codes available to the organization
Scene Media	The number of scene media items permitted
Capture App	Enables or limits access to the Capture App
Max Assessments	The maximum number of assessments the organization can create. If set to —, no limit is applied
Max Assessment Types	The maximum number of assessment types allowed. If set to —, no limit is applied
Max Report Templates	The maximum number of report templates allowed. If set to —, no limit is applied
Max Email Templates	The maximum number of email templates allowed. If set to —, no limit is applied
Max Users	The maximum number of user accounts the organization can have
